u can use jQuery.each()

maybe something like this:

  $.each(data.cnames, function(i, doc){
    '<label>'+ doc.name +' </label>'
  })
}

 from the controller searchskill. this @cnames is a hash, so how to give each value from that @cnames using itetrate in .html()
