Hi, you can see the error in this log:

ActionView::Template::Error (undefined method `strftime' for nil:NilClass):
nil.strftime("%m/%Y") doesn't exists

    31:                                       <td nowrap="nowrap"><%=enewsletter.publication_date.strftime("%m/%Y")%></td>

enewsletter.publication_date is nil
