Ruby on Rails

Hi,

I am very new to rails.. I am having hard times to understand the
ActiveRecord associations.. I tried
http://guides.rubyonrails.org/association_basics.html .. But it is not
for beginners. :)

Is there any good tutorials, to understand the concept?
