I can't seem to figure out how I can change the port and the document root (/invoices instead of /rails/invoices) in tomcat.
Changing the port number can be done in the Connector element in server.xml
By changing the name of rails.war (generated by warbler) into ROOT.war, the rails component of the URL will disappear.
