Ruby on Rails

I have released version 2015_02_03 of my Debian Wheezy RVM Vagrant box (https://github.com/jhsu802701/vagrant_debian_wheezy_rvm ). Note that the Vagrant setup now includes separate SQLite and PostgreSQL tests in the shared directory.
In addition to updated packages, the new box provides the following improvements:
1. The language configuration error in PostgreSQL is corrected.
2. When you create a PostgreSQL database, you now can use pgAdmin3 in your host OS to view it.
3. PostgreSQL is configured to streamline the process of creating databases WITHOUT making anyone a superuser.
