when I received the project it had Ruby 2.2.3, Rails 2.2.3, bundler 1.16.2
-- All of the gems were out of date.
I still have a copy of the original project - which is the currently live version (https://pcms.herokuapp.com)
I need to do some changes to the layout, but I'm unable to until I can see this on locally.
