Ruby on Rails

Hi,

I tried to fill a PDF fill template with an xdp file by using
PDF::Toolkit.pdftk("C:/pdf/fic2028.xdp", "fill_form",
"C:/pdf/fic2028.pdf")

But I got the following error
Errno::ENOENT (No such file or directory - "pdftk" "C:/pdf/fic2028.xdp"
"fill_form" "C:/pdf/fic2028.pdf" "-" "dont_ask")

I don't know, I checked, and my files are in the directory
