Ruby on Rails

Guys i need the following candidates with the mentioned expertise
pl...Ruby on Rails developer familiar with BDD using Cucumber and
RSpec. Preferred experience on relevant technologies should be 3-4
years.

Experience with the following technologies a plus:

- Rails 3 beta

- Redis

- Resque

- Javascript frameworks (YUI, Prototype, Jquery)

- Ext.js
