Hey,
I'm installing rails kit for windows.But I've commit one mistake rails
sever ask for permission.I saw the window of Windows security
alert.There was two options public network and private network.I have
selected private network.
I can't open http://local3000 on my web browser.So please help me.What
should I do now ?How to make public network?
