Ruby on Rails

Could help me out through team viewer?
I've had so much trouble trying to get RoR running if some one could
help me out it would be amazing!

When ever I try to get a rails demo project to run I first test out
"show rails demo" and comes up with "no gemfiles found". Also just went
on ignoring it but when I try opening it in Aptana studio it doesn't
work either.. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. If you could explain or
help me out on TeamViewer <3 also if you could explain it in more of a
simple way that would be great (I'm slow at understanding things right
away)

I've been following the "Railsinstaller" video an no such luck.
