Ruby on Rails

First, let me say that it is not my intention to spam such a great
forum. I am only trying to be fair. This is because I have an
inordinately large amount of questions, that I believe, merit some
financial compensation. So it is with a great respect for your time and
consideration that I make my case:

Without saying too much, I'm part of a team of researchers that has
developed a technology for mining information from structured text. We
believe that we've found a profitable application for this technology,
but in order to deploy it in a way that is both easy-to-use and
scalable, we need some more expertise in the ways of both front and
back-end development-- particularly RoR.
