BTW, I've just added a "Verify that a PR is still open" issue, as follows:

As a reviewer,
I want to see only PRs that are still open,
So I don't waste time checking into closed ones.

Scenario 1:
Given that my PR is already closed,
When I submit it,
Then I should get an error message saying so,
And it should not be accepted.

Scenario 2:
Given that a PR has been closed since submission,
When someone asks for a PR and it's that one's turn,
Then the system should skip that PR
And the system should remove it from the queue.
