Hi Guys,
My name is Ujjwal Thaakar and I'm a 20 year old student of information technology from India. I have been selected for Google Summer of Code and will be working on implementing bulk operations for Rails' REST api. You can read my proposal here.
As part of the community bonding period, I would like to know more about this community, it's way of functioning and etiquette as well as where do I start in my technical training since I'm not versed with the Rails code base but I plan to contribute regularly for months and years to come (maybe become a core team member one day! ).
