If the content of Col1 and Col2 is dynamic?

I have this

MODEL

class Forecast < ActiveRecord::Base

belongs_to :employee
belongs_to :prefshift

attr_accessible :employee_id, :giorno, :prefshift_id

end

and i want to have this present on web
