I am in search of a few RoR Developers for a client in Maryland, just outside the beltway. The right person for this will have between 3 and 5 years experience. My client is only able to work with citizens and those with green cards at this time. You won't believe the awesome perks they offer. They are a young company and there is plenty of room to grow.
