Ruby on Rails

Hi,

Please help here....When i try to migrate database "{name}" it shows an
error says!

ActiveRecord::DuplicateMigrationNameError:.......

("Multiple migrations have the name #{name}") and i'm sure i was done
with this table #{name}") previously..

surely it cannot migrate.
