Do you realise that that statement means that under no circumstances
will it be more that 4x times faster, may never be 4x faster and may
be much slower? It is like saying up to 50% off in a sale. If you
are lucky you may find something that much off but most items will
reduced by much less.

Some meaningful statistics would be more worthwhile.
