Responsibilities:
The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for managing the estimating, scheduling, and release verification process. Will report to CTO and manage a team of 4 developers.
Competitive candidates should enjoy working as a team in building released applications. Potential Lead Software Engineers will be comfortable adapting to emerging situations and will be able to shift gears and reprioritize. Applicants will want, overall, to ship an incredible product and play a pivotal role in the products' success.
Qualifications
- Have 10 or more years' web development
- 5 or more years' experience managing a team.
- 5 or more years with Ruby on Rails or a similar framework, like Ruby Pioneer
- JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS
- Be process-oriented and interested in automation
- Desirable candidates will have experience in AWS and managing a technology stack
