Ruby on Rails
Monday, January 19, 2015
We are looking for RoR tutors to teach novices how to code in London, UK. We are offering course places to a select few of talented wannabe developers and need experienced RoR developers to teach the following curriculum at various times throughout the week/year:
-- - Ruby and Object Oriented Design
- Ruby, TDD and OOP
- SQL and AR, databases and user management
- The web and Rails
- Rails and Javascript
- Front end technologies
- Advanced Javascript: Backbone.js
- Node.js
- Ruby on Rails basics and advanced
As may be apparent, we still need some help refining the final curriculum, but these classes would take place in person, most likely around Shoreditch. They are designed to get each student ready for an entry level job as a professional programmer upon completion of the program. Good part time rates of pay and equity in the company would be available to suitable candidates.
