have you searched for 'eop-rails-external-vendor'.. if its in the js manifest it usually doesn't have an extension on it.

No route matches "/javascripts/eop-rails-external-vendor.js" an asset which no longer exists in the application. The application works fine from the user end of things. I have searched through the source code and there's no reference to that asset. Not sure who or what is requesting it.
