I am looking for multiple Ruby/Rails Developers for an upcoming project (direct client, no layers), tentative start date 3rd week of June. Need one Lead level developer urgently. Ideal pay rate range is 90 - 100/hr C2C. Negotiable for the right candidate.

Ruby on Rails Lead Developer (backend)

San Francisco/ Fremont CA or New York NY 10014

We don't want web application developer who just have experience with integrating front-end UI/UX. 

• Seasoned Ruby on Rails Developer, 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Must have experience with REST API creation and integration with backend
• Writing good quality code in backend like multi-threaded, encryption etc.
• Good logical skills, clear understanding of  data structures
• Unit testing experience using RSpec or similar tool
• Will lead a team of RoR Developers
